Direct contact

Jacky Sung Kit Chan
Founder & Director, First Track

All initial enquiries are handled personally by Jacky. You'll speak directly with the person who knows the programmes, the partners, and the itineraries — not a sales team.

Tell us about your group

The more detail you share, the more useful our response. We'll typically come back with an outline of suitable options, indicative pricing, and next steps.

What are you enquiring about?

Your details are used only to respond to this enquiry. We don't share or sell personal information.

Our enquiry process

1

We read your enquiry

Every enquiry comes to Jacky directly. We take the time to understand what you need before responding — no automated replies or template emails.

2

We suggest the right programme

Within 1–2 working days, we'll come back with a recommendation — which trip type, which destination, and a rough indication of what it might cost.

3

We build a costed proposal

If the initial suggestion fits, we'll put together a detailed, itemised quote — including everything from instruction and accommodation to transfers and evening activities.

4

You book with confidence

All bookings include full financial protection (ABTA/ATOL), compliance documentation for schools, and a dedicated point of contact throughout the planning process.

Not ready to commit? That's fine.

You can also just send a short message or call — we're happy to have an informal conversation about whether First Track is right for your group before any paperwork or commitment.

Common questions

Do you need a website to book, or is this enough? +
This is the website. We're at an early stage — you're looking at the live site. Everything you need to start a conversation or make an enquiry is here. We'll provide full documentation, sample itineraries, and compliance paperwork directly when you get in touch.
What does it cost, roughly? +
UK school ski trips typically run £1,000–£1,500 per pupil for a week in Europe, with Switzerland (Gstaad) at the upper end and France/Austria/Italy offering lower price points. Progression trips are priced per person. All quotes are all-inclusive and itemised. Get in touch for a specific figure for your group.
How does the Skieasy + Alps package work? +
We can bundle a block of Skieasy indoor sessions (London, Chiswick) into your First Track quote. Participants complete their prep sessions before the trip, then travel to the Alps already able to stop and turn. The exact number of sessions depends on ability level — typically 3–6 sessions for complete beginners.
Are you ABTA and ATOL bonded? +
First Track is operating as a managed branch under an established ABTA member operator — which means full Package Travel Regulations compliance and ATOL cover for flight-inclusive packages, without the day-one bonding costs of independent membership. Full documentation is available on request.
Do you have the LOtC Quality Badge? +
Our STF membership and LOtC Quality Badge application is in progress for the 2026/27 season. The LOtC Badge (awarded by the School Travel Forum) confirms our H&S systems have been independently audited, removing the need for schools to re-audit us. We're targeting completion before our first school booking.
Can you cater for different ability levels in the same group? +
Yes — all our instruction partners ability-band groups so complete beginners and confident intermediate skiers can be on the same trip and still receive instruction pitched at exactly their level. We'll ask about the ability spread in your group as part of the planning process.
What's the minimum group size? +
Minimum group sizes vary by partner and destination. For Lovell Camp in Gstaad, this is something we confirm directly during the enquiry process. Progression trip individuals can often join a combined group — get in touch and we'll find the right arrangement.
